How do I place an order?
Browse our shop, add the items you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your delivery details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can request a modification or cancellation before your order is dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp at +92 300 942 6742 or email at info@topgadgets.pk. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. For bank transfer orders, confirmation is sent once your payment is verified. You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.
Can I place a custom or on-demand order?
Yes! We specialise in custom and on-demand orders. If you need a product that isn’t listed in our store, contact us with the specifications and we will do our best to source it for you. We import directly and can arrange bulk or specific orders on request.

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept bank transfer and cash on delivery (COD). For bank transfers, the account details are provided at checkout. Please include your order number as the payment reference so we can match it to your order quickly.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available everywhere in Pakistan?
COD is available across major cities in Pakistan. For remote or less-served areas, COD availability may vary. If you’re unsure whether COD is available for your location, please contact us before placing your order.
I made a bank transfer โ how long until my order is confirmed?
Once you make the transfer, send us a payment screenshot via WhatsApp or email along with your order number. We typically confirm orders within a few hours during business hours. Please allow up to 24 hours for verification.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Lahore typically takes 1โ2 business days. For other cities across Pakistan, delivery usually takes 3โ5 business days depending on the courier and location. Custom or imported items may take longer โ we will inform you of the expected timeline when you order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size. The exact amount will be shown before you confirm your order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your parcel through the courier’s website. You can also log into your account on TopGadgets.pk to check your order status.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please contact us before placing an international order so we can provide you with accurate shipping rates and timelines.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. Returns are not accepted for items that have been used or damaged by the customer. Please review our full Return Policy for details.
How long does a refund take?
Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days back to your original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may take slightly longer depending on your bank.

Are your products original and genuine?
Yes. Every product in our catalog is handpicked and sourced from trusted suppliers. We import directly to ensure quality. If a product is a clone or compatible alternative (for example, Arduino clone boards), this is clearly stated in the product description.
A product I need is not listed on your website โ can you get it?
Very likely, yes. We specialise in sourcing and importing products on demand. Contact us with the product name, model, or specifications and we will check availability and pricing for you. We regularly import from China and can arrange most tech, industrial, and irrigation products.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes, we offer discounted pricing for bulk orders. Please contact us directly with your requirements and quantities and we will provide a custom quote.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Warranty terms vary by product. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it will be mentioned in the product listing. For any warranty-related queries, please contact us with your order number and product details.

How long does an imported/custom order take?
Timelines for imported orders typically range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the product, supplier, and shipping method. We will give you a clear estimated timeline before you confirm a custom order.
